The best decision I made was to contact Charlotte regarding a house moving present for my boyfriend! There was constant communication and updates throughout the whole process, and I was involved in decisions about the angle the house would be painted from and different fonts for the writing. I loved seeing updates of the piece as Charlotte worked on it, which just made me even more excited to get my hands on it! Charlotte is immensely talented and her attention to detail and precision in the final product is outstanding! The balance of professionalism and friendliness in my opinion, is second to none.
