Terms & Conditions

  • All artwork produced is the property and copyright of Coldwell Designs. I reserve the right to use any photographs for promotional materials unless otherwise discussed and agreed.
  • All commissions must be confirmed in writing and are only secured once a non-refundable deposit has been paid.
  • Once a deposit has been paid the customer accepts and agrees to all of the terms and conditions as outlined by Coldwell Designs
  • A draft of a commission if previewed to the customer to confirm they are happy with the design before more permanent materials are used, past this point, the customer cannot receive a refund of their deposit nor once a commission have been completed and received by the customer.
  • Postage and packaging costs are not included in the commission price unless otherwise specified.
  • Postage costs are variable and method of delivery is confirmed at time of order. It is the customers responsibility to decide whether to take extra precautions against the risk of damage in transit which will be discussed with Coldwell Designs.
  • Coldwell Designs cannot hold any responsibility of any loss or damage to your commission once it has left our hands. This includes no refund due to damage.
